TUT wants to explain why peopleneed to get their Certificates. Tut will probably explain the procedure for doing that CHINESE WALL strategy, to eliminate the shorts. He's done it before with success according to him anyhow. Now this guy is the biggest RED FLAG of them all. He is way past playing the cryptic game. I love hearing him and watching the reactions!
