Agreed! Looking back at multi-post,Just a few months ago, many doubters here made a huge ordeal daily in stating BVTK would NEVER ever be current as well. Guess what? BVTK is CURRENT!

I think the daily skepticism will again continue and shift from this current lender situation to another topic like-
"Wow we have Multi-Deals-Prime Lenders-Huge Income and BVTK is at .028++.....you know Tom wears "Green" ties to much."

We are solid here as many know and I have no worries- WHATSOEVER! Blessed! $$$$$
