We agree with most if not all your speculative comments.
We typically invest in listed biotechs, but have modified our portfolio to include four OTC stocks. One, a Crypto company now, conducted a reverse merger and very successful R/S. We are up 300% and the stock will up list later this year. The other two are soon-to-be Crypto company's which have done R/S first and now we anticipate the R/M's.
The last is JBZY. We own VERY significant holdings in this stock after conducting our own DD. Why, we believe that China will dominate the EV market. Our informal investment club expected an R/S, but not 1-100. We have not sold a single share.
The other issue which has not been discussed is the so-called Cusip change chatter last week. We would like to point out....
A stock split changes the number of shares and the price per share, but does not change your position's total value. With a reverse split, the number of shares is decreased while the price per share is increased. ... Tip: When a stock has a reverse split, it always changes its CUSIP ID and may change its symbol too.
We have long-time contacts in two major brokerage firms and the two databases they use have not shown a Cusip change yet. Some on this board showed proof of a Cusip change. If a new Cusip has been issued, the R/S is already approved by FINRA. We believe that the approval by FINRA is complete assuming a new CUSIP has been issued.
Every positive post written on this board is now contingent on one and one document only, an audited financial document showing assets of a billion(s) EV company. We expect this to be filed in the next six weeks, if not we exit, take a loss to offset our gains in 2018!
