Didn't they say that they had a more conventional loan now? I.e not secured with collateral. That does open for sale of shares (to Garret? Is that why we don't know how he got that many shares?). How soon will they have to disclose this? Whether it is sale of shares, transformation of A-shares or whatnot?

Didn't Dan say that they had NOT issued more shares for TF, but reduced the capital instead? That's not what the PR states.
