They would have had to purchase another 30-40 sets over the summer to see this revenue jump. Each instrument set costs around $25k. So would have had to put out $1million.
Do you see that expense anywhere?

boston745,Insurance must play a roll in this as when money is recieved.Rather it be medicare, medicade or private insurance. They all some times take along time to pay the bills.I know both my parents passed away in the last few years and we kept there insurance going just to make sure every thing was paid after they passed.A year later bills were still going back and forth between nursing homes, hospital, medicare(hope I said the right one I get those two mixed up some times) My parents were well covered so we had no worries but we just kept the insurance going for awhile to make sure there was no problems. But bills did go back in forth between private insurance and medicare as to who pays it.It had nothing to do with us just between which insurance pays it.So I was just woundering if that could make a difference to AMDA as to when they claim the money as income

If they did $11-12 million in Q4, I am sure they would have been very excited and would have had a press release talking about a record quarter and releasing some unaudited financials.
Sorry, but it’s just not realistic, no matter what the data tends to say. Something else is going on with the data.
