I mean, the fact that they raised the AS, then pretty much immediately raised it again could mean they need some restricted shares to consummate a deal of sorts.
PSNX has done some dilution to stay current, pay notes, as they seek to rebrand, get a fresh start. Have they struck a deal of some sort?
No telling since they have been quiet for a while. Silence can be golden though, especially when it's broken with something positive to share...
