It seems TRTC shareholders think Peterson et el are just kidding about doing a reverse split.
TRTC crammed the reverse split down the throats of shareholders and they had to sit and watch.
Everyone ridiculed you and said the Preferred Shares had been converted before the shareholder vote - and once again you were right. As the insiders exercised their majority vote via the Preferred Shares.
I think TRTC already has the O/S greater than the A/S due to the convertible notes.
