Yes, anything is possible in OTC where you see weird things. HCTI management has opted toxic finance and they had to increase the A/S and O/S for them. Also 25B A/S could be part of poison pill strategy too. Billions were bought at 0001 by who?? also unusual activity from MMs from last 1 year for what?? According to the volume and the toxic finance amount, we were sure that the notes are done. The current unusual activity could be the technique to load cheap shares. MMs or few groups sell like 10 million shares at 0001 and buy 20 or 30 million shares at 0001 later. Potential here is huge for sure from 0001 and if they file Financials it could easily touch 1 cent and that is 100 times from 0001. Big T trades, unusual volume are normal before huge SPIKE and I have been watching that in OTC for years. I am ready to wait for years on this Life changing company to see the real share price but seems like by end of 2018 itself, it can see several cents easily.
