I specifically stated in my email "I wouldn't think you're halted just because you have another facility licensed in BC" and the reply was "you have good instincts" So unless the guy is fooking with me which I doubt he would since I've talked to him off and on for the past 4 years I would say it's something much bigger unrelated to licensing.
