Is HCTI delinquent on purpose then??, who is buying that many millions and Billions at 0001 then?,, more than 5 B must have been traded at 0001 and those buys are not from retailers for sure. Lots of unknowns here but company is not gone dark and sales are growing hence it seems like turnaround for sure. As you mentioned, if things move properly the 5 cents share price target is very much possible.
