What you are missing is that the Pref shares will give Wang 1.25B shares - despite the commons going from 800MM to 8MM. Therefore the SP won't go up 100 fold, but would likely only double.

Pre- Split O/S 2B (1.25B Pref + 800MM common)
Post split O/S 1.25B (1.25B Pref + 8MM common)

Overall shares don't go down by 99% - they go down by 40%...that means perhaps a double in SP not 100x...

WHY DOES NOBODY UNDERSTAND THIS. Read the filing, it is all there. The prefs are UNAFFECTED by the R/S. Only commons are cut back...

In one week, when this is sub penny, people will start catching on - except by then, they will have lost another 50-75% of their money...

Current market capitalization is biased on hype, accumulation, and the prediction of possibily having billions in revenues...
Not on financials.

All that 'hard math' is irrelevant given the volatility of this stock. We could be double zeros in two weeks or up at 15cents! That makes your math return some pretty wild numbers!
