Pay close attention to all those classes of special preferred shares. Common shareholders may own very little of the company. There are also supervoting shares that control the voting no matter how many tens of billions of shares ALKM will need to have in their share authorization later in 2018.
Note the almost $1.5 million in special series C preferred in the 2nd to last 10Q published which they indicated needing to be issued. Won't they have to increase share authorization to at least 15 billion shares to allow conversion? Common shareholders may own very little of the company.
