I think "AWE" stands for Air Water Earth and found domains which were registered by John Huemoeller.

But i cannot find a website or company with name "AWE Oilfield Services Inc".

For getting shareholders votes, i would expect a closed transaction and details about the financial situation of this company.

The websites don´t impress me. But maybe Websites are meaningless and not ready.

We will see, i don´t have a position here, but i watch it, because it had potential and seems there is a new plan.
