Are you referencing public company Bayport? That was a small claims case in Oklahoma that was settled. He made a bigger deal out of it than was necessary by creating an online blog to harrass the company and shareholders aka force them to settle or put up with his b.s. until they can't stand it anymore. That seems to be how he rolls. It's not how MEC rolls, though.

Does anyone know the status of the other small company Maciora sued?
