Yeah I would imagine that's the case seeing as in their last PR they talk specifically about dumping Esposito and trying to go through the process unobstructed...this stuff is coming sooner or later, this is not a scam company and they have had and still have an active pending patent...they received funding in December so talk all the crap you want about how the current product looks and that they have no sales because they could easily announce with the fins that with their funding they are for example going to try and develop the product to be compatible with app stores and that they are going to do an aggressive marketing campaign...why would they go through all the trouble and kill all of their momentum by saying they are going to release fins if they knew they weren't the absolute best they've ever had and that it's more likely than not something the market will look upon favorably...if it was a pure pump and dump then they could easily say each week that they are in fake talks with this company and that company and getting closer with this one etc etc while the O/S rises to 6 billion...but it's capped right now at 729 mil and they are talking about the conversion of the code2action note which it's possible that could have been what that was or a private equity fund cashing out...simply not delivering their news on time doesn't make them a scam, so far they haven't technically lied about anything seeing as they never gave an exact date and time release on any of these anticipated news events
