#33709 RE: akika #33708

Akika, for me it would be between a 50% loss to break even vs a 99.99% loss. I could take the recovered funds and invest in a legitimate company like RIOT where the CEO actually cares about shareholders and communicates with them when there is a problem and lays out a road map for the company to succeed.

I am new to this game (and it is a game). I started trading last year and started with 3 companies. The first was a pure P&D (complete loss). The second was a buyout play where the company targeted for buyout screwed things up and the stock was halted and now on grey market... the 3rd as you well know is Delcath.

After the NO vote last year it appeared to me that management virtually paid AC to buy voting shares to get their R/S. I remember CEO stating with the deal that the new price would be supported so I held during the RS... We all know how that turned out.

And now they want to do it again? Something ain't right with this company and the people running it... end of story (IMO)

Have a great holiday weekend!
