I meant the board of directors with their newly appointed people from outside don't seem to be helping run the company - like the moving of Andrew Marsh away from day to day CEO responsibilities as discussed here many times, or looking for a new CFO.
It is the board of directors that would do that.
the only thing recently that could have come as a directive from the board is the fact they have reduced their China enthusiasm calling a pause after the initial work getting device certified and checking the market to see that they are going to go with the right partners. I am sure Andy Marsh wanted to go full speed and ship 200 units with his chosen partner and the board has said "hang on there is this the right partner?" what does that commit us to long term ? (like a JV?)
