My guess is that they’re going for a listing on the ARCA exchange first then hope to move up to Nasdaq when the share price moves over $4.00

First they need to file to become fully SEC reporting if they haven’t already.

We know this since 2 days now. So what? With the huge assets this is very normal.
The reverse split doesnt steal money, only the share structure changes.

The 2 billion Authorized shares talk is useless.

Except: They need shares for financing and/or dilution.

But " we " know that companies ( OTC scams ) that reduce their A/S during reverse split usually wait 3 months to increase it again. At least JBZY spares us the bad news of increasing A / S in the future. I take it as positive.

Also, very often heard and known that a company prefers to keep a high amount of A/S to prevent hostile takeover. Believe me I would enjoy TESLA to make an hostile takeover of JBZY. So the idea of keeping the A/S at 2 billion shares and be spared by a possible, board directors approved, FINRA NOT APPROVED, reverse split seems to be the right thing. I take it as positive as well.

Just my POV.

thank you for stating it correctly; nothing is proven and nothing is done; they have filed for it; we must wait to see what happens

It’s been so long I can’t remember the actual number, nor do I care to check but did WANG sell and convert all his shares or most?? What a scam in broad daylight! Smh!! Only the scannable public held this pos all the way to the ground..smh! Lesson learned

I don't think that preferred shares carry the same conversion post split.. usually they have to be split the same ratio.

If they don't then that is a clear SEC violation I would guess. Not really looked into this but just makes sense it would be illegal.
