Of course they will tell you it's for expansion. Expansion of the business, or their own wallets? Fair question. IMO the debt here is insurmountable. Even with improving sales numbers the debt lands them losing money quarter after quarter. They burn money like it's monopoly money. When I do DD on a stock, and see ANY toxic notes it tells me to flip only when volume and momo is there. Otherwise my advice is to NEVER "INVEST" IN PINKYS.
