typical reaction from shareholders when they see more outstanding shares, pull out and run. not knowing the real reason why its happening. PREDs issuing of new shares is to raise FUNDS. As well to increase the volume of shareholders, also to pay the big HAMMERS they recently brought on, and if you cant see the signs here, Juneau will be fully bought outright by PRED. The stocks been diluting even when you saw it hike up to 3.70, that was the beginning. Ive been saying, long-term, end of 2018, PRED will explode. Buy low and sit back.

Why should I give you the winner of the 2nd race? You won't be there as you're too busy spending time on this board trying to save everyone from themselves.
