The SEC will not "clear" them. That isn't how suspensions work. The SEC may still be investigating, but it won't be saying anything about that. Given Ekejija's antics with his NVC Fund, and CHIT's participation in all that, my guess is that the investigation will continue, and that in the end there'll be an enforcement action.

But that could take years. In the meanwhile, CHIT and the other two companies will trade on the Greys.
