I hope you have a contingency plan for losing your investment - you do understand that Hanks has stated he is doing a reverse split.

No serious investor believes that Hanks is going to obtain financing for a Happy Meal much less a CDU or a $1+ Billion refinery - damn this is too funny.

Hanks couldn't borrow $20,000 from a conventional lender - he had to use a toxic lender but some are in pinky fantasyland thinking Hanks can get $50 million for the CDU.
