TD charges 36.00 to me too, I just called and they said put in request to waive for me, but not sure if Company takes away the charge or not, I need to check back my account next Tuesday. I told them if they still charge 36.00, I will close account.

I think TDA waives the fee if you have $50k or more in your account. Might even be $25k or more.
