Pay attention to page 13, where it brings up specific details about “sign”. When they wrote out new notes they converted the financing to 0% interest in exchange for a fixed conversion rate. “Sign” got more notes to convert, but $2,018,624 no longer comes with 8% interest attached... It is now 0% interest. It was part of the addendum. Great deal IMO. Everyone who complains about this “sign” deal never brings that up.
