Probably because he knows everyone is on to his scam.. The best one is when he sold all of us the .01 reg then he changed it all of a sudden to .001.. Classic Bate and Switch.. I wonder if the SEC will shut this down soon. Obvious .0001 then REVERSE SPLIT will come IMO..
