not trading today i did not process the chart correctly. When a market enters value area from above and does not sell hard it should rally out of the area. then it rallies from 15 min RSI 30 to 70. This happens 80% of the time. Since the candles were side by side this sign was to buy and have a stop a few points below LOD.
Additionally markets do not like to top pre market unless pre market is really extreme. So its normal for a market to top RTH.
