No clue Angelo...all I know is that Samsa has told/hinted to all of us here for months some of the settlement areas of interest that he's pursuing...and getting mgmt. to pull the blue sheets and go after the manipulators and shorts was definitely 1 of the points Samsa claims he wanted to try to work into a settlement.
