Eli, the 'subsequent events' section of the 10-K due out next month will make for interesting reading. As I read DE's filing, he has surrendered all of his stock options, leaving his only ownership the shares he's bought via PPL and those shares otherwise awarded with immediate vesting and not disposed of. I wouldn't be surprised to see the naming of another staff add given the number of shares surrendered. Perhaps Zoutman will come on board to offer Shannon some assistance and offer the business some needed scientific continuity assurance.
