Stockholders of the company IPCI who are also the OWNERS. Remember every stock holder (equity) are the owners of IPCI.
And one person or group of people who sue IPCI are DIRECTLY suing you. If you are that uneducated to understand that take a basic accounting course Accounting 101 , you will learn all about equity and debt and how to read financial statements.

It seems to me that everyone but you knows Samsa's "real" objective.

lol glad you've got it all figured out Angelo...I happen to respect Samsa and applaud him for taking the initiative to become lead plaintiff.

And if he gets his $100K loss back from a judgement award along with the other proven plaintiff getting back their $50k loss so be it.

It's not like the $150k is gonna make or break IPCI 1 way or the other.

But if Samsa does end up asking for something besides a monetary damage award that benefits IPCI's s/h's by way of getting mgmt. to provide more transparency and pulling their blue sheets to identify the many manipulators and shorts we've seen have a field day here over the past 4 years...I sure hope that you come back and admit that having Samsa as the lead plaintiff ended up being of great benefit to all of us still here.

The entire premise of the civil suit in the 1st place is flawed and I very much doubt any civil judge would even award monetary damages for how far off the rails last july's adcom went. Proving that IPCI mgmt. defrauded Samsa or the other plaintiff was never gonna be an easy case to begin with IMO hence the reason only 2 lead plaintiffs ever showed up and provided proof of any losses during the class period.
