And it is not hard for FINRA to find the same persons and entities trading both stocks contemporaneously. It takes seconds to run the report, minutes to drop into a database or excel and find the patterns.
They know everything.
Investors should have googled the press release, the CEO and found the relationship, as well as the warning by the SEC. It is not that hard to find. It too only takes a few minutes, if one is willing to look.
