Yes, I see.. the presale will be in $25,000 blocks at varying degrees of discount for early adopters... then the full ICO... still a little misleading for everyone to be pumping ICO in 3 days.. so really its a way for people to buy at a discount and unload on the rest of the public for an immediate profit... so how is this any different than toxic financing ?
