As I said in previous posts it will be weeks before this CE is dropped from CWIR. Remember they always have some excuse. The purpose of the CE has zero to do with protecting the shareholders and everything to do with running the Co out of existence. There is NO sense of urgency by the otc to drop this CE. The entire CE concept is a scam to give investors the illusion that the otc is a safe place to invest. Nothing is more further from the truth. The otc is the land of pump and dump companies and the legalized stealing of investors money by every trick in the book. The only reason this sh*t show is still in business is because it relies on a steady diet of of novice investors who believe is truth, justice and the American dream. These poor souls have no idea that they walking into a rigged system that will take most if not all their money. CWIR I believe is the exception. Live and learn.
