Actually the next step is Delaware voiding (revoking) On4 Communications, Inc. as a Delaware corporation. ONCI has lost their 'Good Standing' with the state; Now have 'inactive status'; Have not filed in 2 years; Owe Delaware $494k in back taxes.
The whole Delaware situation is a complete embarrassment to Steve Berman. No wonder he omitted the debt from the recent financials, and didn't even bother to disclose it as a "contingent liability". He totally tried to bury it!!!
