I confess I may be a little puzzled by the NASDAQ uplisting process but I have understood that an uplisting entity has to meet certain requirements, one being a minimum share price of $4. If this is the case, a current price of .04 would be a minimum for this to proceed....
but there seems to be different opinions.... anyone a bona-fide expert?

I have to wonder how this makes a lot of sense if they are not going to try to uplist.
