Interesting. I don't think they will get a nickel from Braeburn without a lawsuit, and a lawsuit just delays things, so hopefully they can negotiate something quickly.
Wouldn't be surprised if they don't have an earnings call in March, and just issue a press release. Given all the dramatic developments, they are probably better off saying as little as possible right now to avoid stockholder suits.
