Be patient, you'll get them. It's been 23 days since the A/S increase from 6B to 10B. 250M ADV and the normal 20% to 25% sold being converted shares comes to just a little over 1B new converted shares issued and sold. That leaves a little under 3B left. Expect them all to be issued and sold because that's the way it works.
