Look into the differences of R/S's this one is not too raise capital its to lower SS. Much needed as I have stated many times. Also most likely going to uplist to Larger boards. Everyone has there opinions unfortunately I'm right 90% of the time. Financials will be in Millions and I'm sure they will announce all the contracts. Government and heck would not be surprised to see a partnership with TESLA. I can name many of these very similar that has had it happen. I hope pps falls not even worried. Ill be taking advantage of the discount.
