"I know the overdue filings are making some nervous. I assure you they are coming, the first one very soon. Last week I dived in personally and learned there are a zillion pieces to put together. Friedman's thoroughness is 'impressive'. The k-t period had deposits for some items that bled past 2/28 so we had to basically start the full year audit, along other things. Our new Controller is stepping up big time...anyway we're effectively waiting for one piece (at this time) and the first item gets filled with the following two close behind."
