Again, not likely material - we'll see if MMEX files an 8-K by Tuesday, which would be required if this was a material event.
Did any money change hands? How did MMEX pay Interstate? With magic beans, or worse, nearly worthless MMEX shares, or far worse, warrants on nearly worthless MMEX shares?
MMEX has no significant cash on hand, not enough to pay for engineering design services. That is document in the recently vaunted S-1A.
This seems to again be re-hash of old news, as MMEX prior claimed this work was already completed.
Something seems amiss, as always, with MMEX.
In looking at Interstate's web site for corroborating information, there is none... strange... This is a one-sided PR, from MMEX, re-hashing old news, with no corroborating statement from Interstate, or any other entity, no 8-K, from a company with no money...
They should also consider hiring competent web site designers/maintainers - they're using a trial version of their site software...
