Since these guys on the BOD have not actively or REGULARLY purchased shares since 2015 and have not announced a planned buy in advance, I can not see how they purchase now and then get a BO offer in the near-term that would not be considered insider trading. Doesn't matter they offer it to everyone does it? This just blows all near term acquisition possibility straight to hades, doesn't it? BSTDS!

That would be buying shares with knowledge not available to investors. Say a regular investor wants no part of participating in the offering because they have no reason to except give the company more money. Do you think every investor would be participating if they knew a buyout was coming?
