They got no deals coming, they are swimming in an empty pool. They need to get what they can and sell this beech now.

It's just getting pretty ugly at this point, IBB nearly +1% today and ADXS -5%. I'd like to hope the new shares are needed to make a deal, but the glass half empty argument there is that there is no deal to be made, so they had to file without one and now need to issue shares to stay afloat. Seems like that is what the market thinks, based on going from 3.00 to 2.60 in two days since the filing announcement.
