I can't blame the no sentiment, Simpson had her chance by getting this reverse split. Both outcomes of vote can be speculated, I am pessimistic with both options as I was last year with both options.

But if I back up, I was more optimistic with both options on the June vote. The July filing of bankruptcy warning killed my optimism.

I don't blame Simpson for doing this offering, it had to be done. She lost, we lost, end of story
