It's always darkest before the dawn. With that said, if Celluci doesn't deliver this year than this thing is going down the drain and I can see a class action taking place. He has been saying "mega deals" "closed deals" "millions" for quite some time now. I'm holding until this thing goes down.

I have a small position and I can risk the money. If this turns out to be what Tom has been claiming it will be worth it.

No class action. Shareholders have no legal recourse, because Tom's smart enough to be vague. OTC is "Buyer Beware".

Investors, especially those here on IHub, have known the price would tank due to dilution laid out in the filings, and clearly explained in layman's terms by several posters.
All the "deals" have enough wiggle room that Tom can just say "Sorry, I tried"

...I can see a class action taking place....
