I'm thinking we get a reverse once the pps hits .25-.50..... It would be tied to funding and an uplist to higher exchange of course and then most likely continue up from there!

so first you state that the company was 100% diluting its share holders due to them not updating their share count and now that it has been updated you are saying that they will do it... lol

Actually it doesn't have to be either lol have you done any actual DD here yet after 2 months? Just curious because with a 10Million $$$ pvt placement funding touching the AS isn't necessary is it ;-) welcome to real world financing opposed to toxic requiring shares to sell :-D

I must ask again have you done any real DD yourself? I have to keep asking because your statements suggest otherwise. Thanks
