I have no idea why anyone would email or text Cellucci - he is going to tell you exactly what you want to hear - he isn't going to provide truthful information - he is going to continue pumping to create volume for the toxic lenders.
In doing real DD - communicating with the CEO is the last source of information.
After 3+ years of Cellucci and his big talk about revenue and JVs - oddly they never find there way to the financials.
In the 10-K for 2016 - the Losses from Operations was $1,616,188.
The Net Loss for 2016 was $5,351,059.
Celluci has been big talk and no results for years.
