They don’t have enough shares to handle the dilution, it is FAR from over.

TC added 8,400:000,000 shares already s8nce the last Reverse Split and they are STILL diluting every day.

Sorry but this gets much much worse.

Its just getting started.

It is called a death spiral for a very good reason.

But feel better that TC is all smiles while this is going on, stand up guy.

This is debt financing not operating capital. With the last reported period loss of 14+ million how do you expect that the debt financing will ever end? Not to mention the deferred compensation being carried as an account payable. It’s spiraling out of control. I can’t name one public company that survived toxic convert death spiral financing.
