How did they go from nothing on hand to 30k cash with no revenue? Where are they going to come up with money to build a factory and silos? Financing you say? How did they get financing? With shares of course, glad you asked. What does that mean for shareholders? Dilution. You say it can't go lower, already bottom? Ever hear of reverse split? This company has a history of doing this. Your only hope here is people believing in this company and the ask walls being taken down, then watch the pumpers take the profits and leave.
