What will happen March 15 audit, Name change, OTCQB, all debt paid off?

Lam a single holder is expected to settle October 2018 not including past debt-Delaware or monies required for all other hexagon legs.

PR's have little value from insiders or CEO, Dec past, Jan 31 misleading audit, and now diluting share holder value.
