Sam i think rs and AS will both pass. What do you think regarding timing? Implemented when? March, April, May? Really bummed as think product solid and love what it’s done for Brian carney. Just sad at this point i don’t see a way i can be involved with its future. Wish Jenny and bod cared about that, as although we’re all here to make money, the cause has certainly been a huge catalyst for me... gl all

They showed us very recently that they are going to do whatever it takes to approve new shares and RS. They approved last RS against shareholders' votes and are going to do it again, and again, and again if necessary.

Increased amount of authorized shares and 1/500 RS is even more sure than death.
