Only for momentary spurts in attempts to sucker investors in. Look at reality, Yo Adrian will sell for any amount he can get. When you see a few orders slip through at 2 that can be an investor or Yo Adrian wash trading between MM's to spur trading. When that doesn't get sales moving Yo Adrian will wait till he has a real bid below and start dumping as fast as he can. Does this on every scam he is involved with.
